Integrations
Everything SEOAgent connects to, what each one needs from you, and what it costs.
Publish to
- WordPress - a self-hosted or wordpress.com site with an Application Password (built into WordPress, no plugin). Tags are matched or created, and the slug is looked up first so a retry updates rather than duplicates.
- Ghost - an Admin API key from a custom integration. Ghost's native meta title and description fields are filled.
- Webflow - a site token and the collection your posts live in, with the field slugs for body, summary and cover image.
- Shopify - a custom app with
write_contentand its admin token; testing the connection lists your store's blogs. - Payload - an API key, the collection and the HTML or markdown field posts go into.
- Webhook and JSON feed - for Next.js, Astro, Hugo, Framer or any site with a build step. We POST signed JSON (
X-SEOAgent-Signature: t=…,v1=…, HMAC-SHA256 overt.body, 5-minute replay window) on publish, and a token-protected feed lists every published article for your build to pull.
Details per target are in Publishing. Nothing publishes without your say-so: press Publish now in the editor, or turn on auto-publish in Settings → Publishing and each scheduled article goes out at its date. Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again. Publishing costs nothing.
Index with
IndexNow (a key file you host) and the Google Indexing API (a service account), both fired after every publish, plus a sitemap ping to Search Console when it is connected. See Auto indexing.
Measure with
- Google Search Console - one-click connect for click, impression and query data. See the Search Console doc.
- Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Bing Webmaster Tools - traffic by page and channel, all free to read. See Analytics integrations.
- Search Console and GA4 connect with your Google account in a few clicks, with nothing to set up in Google Cloud. Only the Google Indexing API needs your own Google Cloud project.
- DataForSEO (behind the scenes) - keyword volume, difficulty, competitor SERP data, backlink profiles, rank checks and AI-answer tracking (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overview). Nothing to connect on your side; every paid action runs only when you press its button, and its cost lands in your credit history.
Drive it from
The MCP endpoint at /api/mcp exposes the same actions the dashboard has to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client, behind a per-user API key; tools that spend credits ask for an explicit cost confirmation. See MCP server. Sign-in works with email and password or Google OAuth.
Where each one stands
SEOAgent is a small, actively built product. Research, writing, the editor, the website audit, rank tracking, reports and the MCP endpoint have been driven end to end. The CMS targets, indexing submission and the analytics and AI-answer integrations are built against each vendor's documented API and are being proven one by one against live accounts; if one misbehaves on your setup, the feedback button in the app reaches us directly and that report shapes what ships next.
